Methodist Hospital for Surgery

Completed four months ahead of schedule and approximately $5 million under the tenant-approved budget, The Methodist Hospital for Surgery (MHFS) is a three-story surgical hospital providing 32 patient beds and covering 108,500 gross square feet.

Orthopedic medicine is the primary focus of this $58 million facility, which was completed in October 2010 and stands as the first major healthcare facility to be developed in the Town of Addison, Texas.  MHFS is positioned to serve as a regional medical destination.

Designed by BOKA Powell and built by Rogers-O'Brien Construction Company, MHFS was developed by Medica Development for the Methodist Healthcare System of Dallas, Nueterra Healthcare and MetDalSpi, LLC, a consortium of leading orthopedic and neurological surgeons.  Nueterra Healthcare also serves as the manager of the Methodist Hospital for Surgery.
