Driven by and tailored to support the financial and clinical objectives of our hospital operations, Medica Development's active pipeline of new development and acquisitions is comprised of a broad array of build-to-suit, operations-driven medical facilities. 

These include multi-project programs of acute care and post-acute care hospital facilities; elective surgery centers; emergency medical centers; urgent care and primary care clinics.  Total project costs for Medica developed facilities ranges from $60 million to $140 million per facility and are primarily located in high growth, underserved, suburban markets throughout the United States.
