approximately $5 million under the tenant-approved budget, The Methodist
Hospital for Surgery (MHFS) is a three-story surgical hospital providing 32
patient beds and covering 108,500 gross square feet.
Orthopedic medicine is the primary focus of this
$58 million facility, which was completed in October 2010 and stands as the
first major healthcare facility to be developed in the Town of Addison,
Texas. MHFS is positioned to serve as a
regional medical destination.
Designed by BOKA Powell and built by
Rogers-O'Brien Construction Company, MHFS was developed by Medica Development
for the Methodist Healthcare System of Dallas, Nueterra Healthcare and
MetDalSpi, LLC, a consortium of leading orthopedic and neurological
surgeons. Nueterra Healthcare also
serves as the manager of the Methodist Hospital for Surgery.
