Medica Development, LLC is currently developing Sachse Regional Medical Center, an emergency medicine-focused acute care hospital, to address the unmet medical needs of residents within the quickly growing City of Sachse, Texas and neighboring communities in Northeast Dallas County.


The 80,000 SF Sachse Regional Medical Center will feature:
  • 24 Inpatient Beds
  • 20 Emergency Treatment Rooms
  • Imaging:  CT, MRI, Ultrasound, X-Ray and Nuclear Medicine
  • Two Operating Rooms
  • Laboratory
  • Pharmacy
The hospital will anchor a 33-acre, multi-facility medical campus that will provide a full array of acute, post-acute, primary care and specialty services for patients ranging in age group from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Shortly after groundbreaking for the hospital, Medica will initiate development of a Class A 60,000 SF on-campus Medical Office Building and Elective Surgery Center, as well as a 90-Unit Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility.

The design team for Sachse Regional Medical Center is led by Curtis Group Architects of Dallas, Texas and includes consulting engineers SSR, Inc. (MEP), Walter P Moore & Associates (Structural) and Kimley-Horn (Civil).
